Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may vary slightly.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier:
- GTA (Greater Toronto Area): approximately 3 business days
- Outside GTA: approximately 3–7 business days
Estimated delivery time begins after shipment and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated as follows:
- GTA: $15 flat rate
- Outside GTA (Canada): $20 flat rate
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Packaging & Shipping Care

All items are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Delivery Issues & Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the courier.
Damages, Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns or refunds for shipping-related damage.
- All products are inspected and packaged with care before shipment.
- By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with shipping chocolate products.
Refunds or replacements are only considered if the product arrives defective or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend tracking your shipment closely and ensuring someone is available to receive the package upon delivery,
especially during warmer months.
