Due to the nature of chocolate and handmade products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect or defective due to our error, please contact us within

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

Shipping-Related Issues

We are not responsible for issues caused during shipping, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Melted or softened chocolate
  • Damage caused during transit

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the courier.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within
5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
