How often are the chocolates produced? +
Our products are prepared according to a regular production schedule, and our stock is refreshed weekly.

The shelf life of our products is up to 1 year. Best-before dates are indicated on the product packaging.
How should the products be stored? +
We recommend storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do you use special packaging during summer? +
During summer months, orders are prepared with insulated packaging and ice packs. However, chocolate is temperature-sensitive and softening during transit in extreme heat cannot be fully avoided.
