Who We Are ?
We are Elif and Yusuf, a husband-and-wife duo living in Toronto, with chocolate at the heart of our lives.
Elif studied pastry and chocolate-making in Vancouver and gained hands-on experience working in some of Canada’s leading bakeries, hotels, and cafes. This journey led her deeper into the world of chocolate.
Yusuf comes from a completely different background. Back in Turkey, he worked as a lawyer, and when he moved to Canada, he planned to continue his studies in law. But life had other plans. With Elif’s patient and loving guidance, he quickly learned the craft of chocolate-making and found himself right in the middle of this adventure.
Today, we handle every stage together, from production to delivery, making every decision side by side. For us, this isn’t just about making chocolate — it’s about sharing a dream, a passion, and our joint effort. Every piece of chocolate is a sweet reflection of that journey.
Our Experience & Craft
Elif’s pastry and chocolate-making training in Vancouver, along with her experience in some of Canada’s top bakeries, hotels, cafés, and chocolatiers, gave us a strong foundation. For her, this journey has been more than a career — it also shaped a dream: to one day teach pastry and especially chocolate-making. Since she had previously worked as a teacher, the passion for education has always been a part of her; now she dreams of combining it with chocolate.
Through all of this, one thing has never changed: our passion. We still make each chocolate with the same excitement, care, and dedication as day one. And our journey is only beginning. Our goal is to grow into an international brand, to share our chocolates not only in Canada but around the world, and to one day pass on this journey through education as well.
